Whitney Bolle, M.A., BCBA
Whitney has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2009 with over 17 years of experience working with children, adolescents and young adults with autism and related disabilities. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she received extensive training in assessment of learning needs, language acquisition and functional assessment of problem behavior through her internship program at The Bay School, a school for children with autism and related disabilities in Santa Cruz, California. Prior to relocating to Georgia with her husband in 2015, Whitney worked as a consultant for the May Institute and as a program supervisor for The Ivymount School’s Multiple Learning Needs High School Program in Rockville, Maryland. As a consultant for the May Institute, she worked directly with military families and their children with autism providing in-home ABA services, parent training and school consultation. As program supervisor at The Ivymount School, Whitney oversaw a self-contained classroom with students with communication deficits who engaged in significant problem behavior. Whitney’s areas of professional interest include promoting independence for individuals with autism, language acquisition and assessment of learning needs.
Megan Boucher, M.A., BCBA
Megan has been a BCBA since 2013. She is also a certified teacher (Georgia Standard Professional Teaching) in the following areas: elementary education (P-5), special education adapted curriculum (P-12) consultative, special education general curriculum (P-12) consultative, special education physical and health disabilities (P-12) consultative, special education P-5 (language arts cognitive level, math cognitive level, social studies cognitive level, and science cognitive level). Megan received her master’s degree in ABA from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She previously worked at the Ivymount School as a Behavior Analyst, Program Coordinator, and Clinical Coordinator, and at the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Neurobehavioral Inpatient Unit, as a Clinical Specialist. Megan has worked with children and young adults, ages 2 to 22, across home, school, clinic, and hospital settings for more than 10 years. She has presented at regional and national conferences, provided supervision to many aspiring BCBAs, published in peer-reviewed journals, and delivered numerous in-service trainings. Megan’s areas of interests include prevention of the development of problem behavior, function-based assessment and treatment of problem behavior, use of evidence-based instructional practices for students with learning needs, instruction within academic content areas, and teacher/caregiver training. Megan served as a BACB Subject-Matter Expert from 2017 to 2024.
Kim Duong, M.S., BCBA
Kim Duong has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2020 with over 6 years experience working with children, adolescents and young adults in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia. She gained experience working with children from infancy to preschool at the Child Development Lab at the McPhaul Center in Athens, GA. She worked as a social skills facilitator and as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Atlanta, GA and Memphis, TN in both clinic and home-based settings. Kim completed her Master of Science in Special Education in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Memphis. Kim’s areas of interest include early intervention, language acquisition, natural environment teaching and teacher/caregiver training.
Madeline Comas, M.A., BCBA
Maddie has four years of hands-on experience in the field of applied behavior analysis, supporting children with various developmental disabilities from ages 2 to 12 years old. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders from the University of Alabama in 2020, and continued to pursue her passion by earning a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology. Maddie's career took root during her time as a Registered Behavior Technician, where her work spanned clinics and homes, fostering a deep passion for early intervention. Her journey culminated in May 2024 when she achieved her goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Driven by a genuine passion for making a difference, Maddie's professional interests lie in language acquisition and social skills programming, areas where she strives to positively impact the lives of her young clients each day.
Marianne Rozovski, M.A., BCBA
Marianne has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2009 and has earned a Master’s degree in clinical psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Marianne has worked in a variety of different settings including the Carbone Clinic where she received intensive training in Skinner’s analysis of Verbal Behavior under the mentorship of Dr. Vincent Carbone. She also served as the Co-Director at a clinic in Northern Virginia where she helped oversee the ABA program, supervised behavior therapists, provided direct therapy, developed programs to increase skill acquisition following verbal behavior methodology, and developed behavior reduction programs to best meet the needs of her clients. Marianne has provided ABA services in home, school, and clinic settings working in Orlando, Pensacola, and Jacksonville, Florida. She has extensive experience supporting and mentoring supervisees and consulting with BCBAs as an expert in verbal behavior. Marianne is passionate about helping children find their voice and gain language and communication skills.
Sarah Fullerton - M.S., OTR
Sarah has been an Occupational Therapist since 2009 and has worked with individuals of all ages and various disabilities. She first earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Science, then went on to earn her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. There, she developed a passion for promoting independence for individuals through the use of adaptive equipment, motor skills training, environmental modifications, and more. Sarah then worked at the Ingram County Medical Care Facility focusing on the rehabilitation of individuals following orthopedic injury, stroke, and trauma. She specialized in aging in place, facilitating her clients ability to live independently and successfully in their homes. During that time, Sarah published and presented research at the national conference on the effectiveness of home modifications and fall prevention programs on falls and performance of community-dwelling older adults. Sarah’s career continued at the Ivymount School where she applied her experience to students with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing direct services to students and consultation to the multidisciplinary team on best practices for occupational therapy to achieve students’ goals. She loves working with adolescents and is as dedicated to achieving their academic goals as she is their activities of daily living, social participation, work, and play. Sarah’s enthusiasm for promoting success in those around her is encouraging and contagious.
Sophie Millon, MS, CCC-SLP, BCBA, LBA
Sophie Millon is a dual-certified speech-language pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Sophie Millon obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She earned her Master of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Cincinnati. While attending Portland State University, Sophie served as coordinator of the Autism and Social Communication Lab under the mentorship of Dr. Amy Donaldson. She completed her clinical fellowship with Easter Seals Southern California Autism Services. Sophie is currently licensed in Georgia and Oregon and has practiced in clinical, non-public, and public school settings with individuals from 18 months to young adulthood. She is an adjunct instructor in the Applied Behavior Analysis and Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education certificate programs at Portland State University. Sophie is committed to promoting interprofessional education and collaboration. She is passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their communicative potential while promoting their autonomy, culture, and strengths. In addition to her BCBA credential, Sophie maintains her American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) and a Level 4 credential in Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Training (PFA/SBT).
Michelle Myers, R.N., BSN
Michelle has been a registered nurse since 2013 with over 20 years experience in the medical field. She has her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and then went on to earn her RN degree through the ABSN program at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Her career began in physical therapy clinics in various roles and progressed to working as a medical assistant, including casting patients, for orthopedic surgeons. After obtaining her RN licensure, Michelle worked in a large hospital in Pensacola, Florida treating a diverse, medically complex patient population as a bedside and charge nurse. Several years later, Michelle was recruited back to the outpatient setting to manage a medical practice start-up. Michelle joined the Peachtree Autism Services team in December 2022.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys interior design, gardening, cooking and baking, and taking her kids to fun places.
